Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number ( if tracking was selected).

All orders placed are shipped once payment is confirmed within LittleMissMarie bank account. Please note that this may take a few days. Orders placed weekends and public holidays will be shipped after payment has been confirmed.



Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (if tracked postage was slelected). Please go to: Australia Post to follow the journey of your parcel. 

Please note: Little Miss Marie will not be responsible for missing parcels which have been confirmed delivered by Australia Post if signature on delivery is not requested.




We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

If you have special instructions relating to your delivery please be sure to note them where required on the delivery details page as you are checking out.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, it will usually be left in a secure location or a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up if Registered Post has been requested. 

If an incorrect address is provided resulting in your order being returned to us, your order will be resent at your expense. Shipping costs for resent orders may vary depending on the size and weight of the items. Please check your address details carefully before placing an order.

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time or if there is a problem with your order please email us at and we will get back to you ASAP. Please let us know if you would prefer a call back and provide us with your contact number.
